yeah.. that's pretty much ME. I just realize I can't live without talking or texting or chatting(either one) for a day. this is totally a baaadd thing.. :(

Anyways, 2nd trials which is also the last exam before SPM just finished. Some say Hooray but I say Boo.. It means we're getting closer to SPM! gosh.. when I still have time for these temptations. aiks!

I watched this yesterday. I would rate it like 5/10

She's not THAT hot anyways.

& yes!! Best Magazine in Malaysia. Its like RM 5.60. Usually around 200 pages.

& its full of pretty things!!

You should get a copy yourself.

Happy Chinese New Year everyone!

angpao collecting had been really fun but now i'm getting bored stuck at home. daddy dont like me spending my time outside. To make him happy, i stay at home. Life is so boring.

Anyways, so much to update. but thanks to the bloody computer that dont wanna connect to the internet drives me nuts!! so HOLD ON ppl.. i'll get my pictures to do the talking. :D

Green efforts pay off for two schools

TWO schools did the country proud by securing the second place in an international online climate change project recently.

SMK Serdang in Kedah and St George’s Girls School in Penang were chosen from over 40 schools worldwide including four in Malaysia that took part in the competition.

It's a fine day: SMK St George's Girls School students showing their posters which they made for the climate change project.

The first placing went to a school in Cyprus.

SMK Bukit Jambul in Penang meanwhile was awarded the ‘Highly Commended’ project category.

SMK Serdang and St George’s had among others conducted projects like planting more trees, recycling and creating awareness on climate change through banners, posters, questionnaires and pamphlet distribution.

SMK Serdang spokesman K. Tasha Nanthiny, 17, said eight students from the school took part in the competition from March to September last year.

“We are happy and surprised that our suburban school emerged as a winner for the first time in an international competition.

“We had carried out several activities such as planting neem seedlings in coconut husks. The seedlings were then distributed to locals.

“By doing so, we reduced the use of black polythene bags. Besides that, we planted 157 trees around our school,” she said.

Creative: SMK Serdang students and their teacher advisor Renuka explaining one of their banners which is aimed at promoting awareness on climate change.

Their teacher advisor R. Renuka said she was glad that the school emerged victorious.

The competition was organised by SUPPORT-Cornelius Network for Lifelong Learning: Partnership and participation for a Sustain-able Tomorrow, a network supported by the European Commission that involves schools from the European Union and countries affiliated with it.

Universiti Sains Malaysia’s (USM) School of Education was given the task to work with the schools on the campaign named ‘CO2nnect: CO2 on the way to school’.

St George’s spokesman Andrea Ong said 10 students took part in the competition which emphasised on the importance of recycling, planting trees and carpooling.

“Among the activities carried out was collecting a total of 2,893.8kg papers for recycling from April to August last year and by doing so we had saved 357 big trees on earth,” she added.

SMK Bukit Jambul’s spokesman Eureka Foong said the team of three students made a short video on the effects of carbon emission that was posted on YouTube.

“The 122-second video clip is about the effects of carbon emission produced by vehicles in George Town and also our desire for Penang to be more pedestrian-friendly one day,” she said.

School of Education dean Prof Abdul Rashid Mohamed said a teacher and two students from each of the second-placed schools would receive their prizes in Norway during an event which would be held from April 19 to April 24.

As I look back to 2009, what makes me feel worth most is definitely....... FIREBRANDS!!!!!! I'm very proud to be and always be a firebrand. Seeing my youth group grow in numbers and grow deeper with God is just wonderful! So just to say, Happy New Year everyone!! 2010 is going to be great! (even though its gonna be SPM year). LOL.

well, to my surprise St.Georges is the only school performing.. Before that was The Storm. It went well even was just a few hours practice.heh. Then performance by P.O.D (Point Of Difference). I didnt know they were gonna perform today. haha. Then back to Joyce's.. had lunch and to church.. then pulak supper near Jeti there dengan 2 orang giler itu!! =Dthe camera-shy boy

yeah.. this picture proves that i had been spending most of my hours on the phone. it doesnt matter with who... i just think that i dont find any love at home. is it me asking too much or you cant give any?? yes, its hard to admit that I do love my home because i sometimes doubt. i wanted to do my Addmaths and maths h/w yesterday but failed when i receive a text from dad. no, he's not home. for already a couple of days.. it was rather hurtful or to say, hatred. i sometimes dont know to love or to hate where i belong. spent few minutes on the phone with Dan spilling out whatever. it was a relieve to hear him even most of the time he's speechless. he doesnt even know how to help the situation at times. well, it was just a moment of sharing. cause, yeah.. he's a very busy boy since i know him. trying so hard to be the chosen one for floorball and never quits practices for atletics.. oh well, "i just want a happy family. Oh well" was the last text i sent to Dad. i didnt wanna say much as mum's home and if she finds out..... ......
skipped school today.... Leg had muscleaches, i wonder why??
i think i just have to work harder and stop thinking too much. cant see myself failing my test. 46 for History was expected but 60 for English?? Rammya asked if I answered it in BM. was suppose to be an insult. =.= i think i relaxed too much. everything's just in a mess... but one thing i would like to thank for are my friends who never fail to pick up the phone when i call even when they are super busy. I love you guys & girls. =)

Woke up and find myself on the floor.. Pfft.. the usual me.. Checked my phone for texts.. Ah well.. Stood up and get going to school.. Pretty tired these days.. Don't ask why. Met Ying and we sat down in canteen talking bout her problems... She said I'm always too smart to always knows what coming next and what's she's thinking. I sometimes feel that too.. *Perasan* Talked all the way to class and then i felt lost as i missed alot of homework. Bad news is that i had alot to catch up after all the recorder pratise we had. Well, not really actually.. more of like playing games and discussing bout FAME UP! Good news is i got 1st place in class.. All of my friends were like "ah,.. MariL in last class.. expected!" but as for me... I know i wont be able to get that if i didnt start reading early. Running around catching teachers for Bern's marks while she's away for band is now her job... hah! she had to teach me whatever i missed in class.. Then we were so into maths that we forgot we were already late for Add-maths.. Ran all the way to Library under the rain.. Had accounts with our crazy teacher then back home..

Talk about friends.. As for me, Friends=Love. except for a few that... that is just annoying and fake.. She! Her! That Girl!! drives me nuts! She said she hate this girl for being a bitch to her and all but according to my friends.. they are super close in class for all you know. 2-faced isnt it? and damn! she=PMS! k k... i can just stop babbling bout her. just a waste of time.. As what i would say...

spent about an hour doing it. ya, i know! i skipped school today. i dont even know how the heck i woke up and told grandma i'm not going to school. i mean today's the last day for RATC & year book photoshoot. Crap girl, CRAP!

Anyways, as we all know.. a school day saturday will always be the day where everyone bring their phones, illegal stuffs and of course.. planned ahead programmes after school.. hah! So my saturday was.. kinda boring after all those presentation on tourism to SMK Jelutong, Vickie, Mas & I had ice cream and a drink before we head back home. i meant, head to the gym-search for Callyn and- to her home. Aishk!.. We watched.. Megan Fox!!
i mean, Transformers 2!! haha.. yes.. i know! i'm crazy about Megan. She's like the hottest babe alive on Earth! and Hell no she's not a man!! ish ish!! And Andrew : her legs are totally mine!! tsk tsk..
So, So... head to Gurney and landed our butts on E04&E05 seats for 2hr45mins. Hunn, i was like putting my legs up even when i was wearing short skorts... then went for Chilli's..

Updates bout school

School is definitely tiring. Have to stay back everyday except for Thursday. In case u dont know. I've been skipping school again. Yikes!! I'm super tired cz i slept at quite late last night. Darn! I hate add-maths. drives me nuts!! well, i might like it if I can find any tution to help me out. School teachers are hopeless.!! believe me. Bergantung kpd guru sekolah akan menolong anda F-a-i-L dalam exam. I'm nt saying 100% all the teachers. some were really great.
Btw, did I mention that my english teacher wants all of us to keep a journal? oh gosh!! i'm very lazy to write ler. aih!

Well on the other side, it's fun to pull ppl's shoe laces, shouting 'aik' at ppl's ears, pulling Chin's hair.. wakaka.. and of course.. breaking the rule is one of it. Heehee..

did I mention about my class the other post?? i forgot. but let me tell u again. i hate the location of my class and also my timetable! i think by the end of the year i'll definitely look like a straw with huge mangoes on my leg. Attn to ppl in 4 Intan: Go break a leg and we shall move class. Gosh! and man! i really need tuition now. i miss my last 3 years without any tuition. aih!! seriously man, call u copy nia. I feel very dumb lor. & lost lor!!

Back home, slept for a while (a few hours I think?). then mum came back. I told her I'm starting my tuition very soon and she was like.. "can u catch up ah? I think dont take science stream la. Go for art stream. Go learn bout business better than learning Chem & physics. it's not like u gonna be a doctor or lawyer" I was like "wth?" god!! argued with her till bout like after dinner. Called renee to clarify bout the streaming thing. I dunno larh!

Anyways, works are like piling up.. i guess i should be going now..

& i think i'll suffer from lungs cancer or something... my neighbor's balcony is very close with this room which I use most. They smoke like every 3omins. I Am very sorry for not updating my blog. As u guys already know, i'm kinda frounded and stuff.. Well, these are just some draft i did when i dont have my internet connection.

Oh yes, I know everyone’s been busy packing for holidays in Japan, Korea, Australia.. Where else huh? Marilyn alone sitting here,. No, not blogging just drafting cuz I’m kinda grounded at home without my phone and internet access.. Great! I was just imagining all my friends’ busy packing and all are so excited to go for their holiday when Marilyn here is not having any fun. Said them, I’ve been using my phone till late night. Any clue? No. Honestly, yes.. Once! Only once! They just grab that idea of using phone till late night which cause me wake up late the next day and I’m turning into a useless piece of junk at home doing nothing. I’m very pissed at first. But so what? Does that mean they’ll know? Breaking things might be part of me but spending my 1 month left holidays miserablely is so not me! I thought this will be some update bout JYR 08’ or my last Gurney trip with Karen or CG at the beach. But NOOOOO!! I was thinking maybe my laughter and my smile won’t last long. Once I had fun, there must be a sad ending waiting for me. I thought it would be super fun after PMR. I was definitely wrong. I’m now, stuck here trying to prove to PPL that I can do things! When things go right, they are blind. When things go wrong, 4 pairs of eyes staring at me! What the hell?? When she was sick the other day, I took care of the boy.Well, no one actually see 0.0 that. So she keep complaining and worrying that tomorrow no one’s gonna be at home to take care of that baby. This is why he got mad listening to complains and got up scolding me saying I can’t help. This is what they call – misunderstandings & miscommunications. They complain and I’ve got the blame. Mostly, I’m very very very sorry for the really last minute call to not going for theme night. I’m really sorry, Sharon for not turning up when we both are suppose to run it. The thing is, I can’t go out that night. If I did, I think there will not be a door opened for me to go in already. What I really don’t understand is that I live like a normal teenager like everyone else. They too go out, talk on the phone till the next morning and do nothing but computer. I also want to live a normal life like them..

They say “Santa Claus is coming to town!” to me, I rather say “School life is coming back!” Who say Christmas is fun? I rather go for school.. to me, right now.. Christmas is just a celebration.

Ok! I should stop complaining and say some nice things. But seriously, there’s nothing nice or fun to talk about. I’m seriously very tired and bored here. Sleeping at 12 something each night to please my mum to take care of the baby and waking up at 9 to please my dad. Who won’t get any tired? I actually learnt a lot of things watching “moonlight resonance”. Ho ma said “hok chu yan ke ji tim seh” Yan means patient in Cantonese. Well, seems that she’s right. I should learn how to write the word P-A-T-I-E-N-T and mean it. I guess watching these do get some knowledge. I just hope I would get a chance to enjoy this holiday. PMR results are coming out in a few weeks time. Aih.. can my holidays get any better? My last smile fades on the last day of November. Carrying my baby brother in one hand & typing using the other hand is not bad though.

I miss my friends.. I’ve got no one to talk to here. Am very very b0red. Zach’s playing PS2. Grandma’s cooking. Dad’s in his room. Mum working. The baby’s here. What can do? I really find myself a stupid sanguine. Why must I be a sanguine at the wrong time? Karen’s already in KL having fun with her cousins. Means nobody to talk to. Louis is like a super busy man.
